1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using ResumeCraft, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

ResumeCraft is an AI-assisted job pipeline and resume management tool. It helps you discover contract job listings, score them against your skill profile, and tailor resumes for specific roles. The service is operated by NeuralOps Cloud Consulting.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service to scrape, aggregate, or resell job data.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute any part of the platform.
• Submit false, misleading, or harmful content.
• Use the service in violation of any applicable law.
• Abuse the JSearch API in ways that violate RapidAPI's terms of service.

4. Your Content

You retain ownership of all resume content, cover letters, and personal information you enter. By using the service, you grant NeuralOps a limited licence to store and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.

5. AI-Generated Content

ResumeCraft uses AI (Anthropic Claude) to generate resume suggestions and cover letters. AI-generated content is provided as a starting point and may contain errors or inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content before submitting it to employers.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. NeuralOps does not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that job matches will lead to employment outcomes.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NeuralOps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of British Columbia.

10. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
